- This place is ran by bunch of people who never worked anywhere else. Literally, directors are dudes who arrived to their positions by being there long enough. That is about it. And you know what people say: Bad employees are the last ones to leave. - Highly politicised. If you are into that, then great for you. If you are an individual who wants to do ACTUAL work, or learn something... better knock somewhere else.... - Never seen such weak HR department. They should not be called HR. They are there to fulfil wishes of directors, and cover for their wishes. If you are normal employee, sorry. These ain't going to break their nail for you. - Tech is outdated, and you are doomed to all types of weird frameworks and workflows. - So many lies and working behind people's back, I don't even know where to start.........
