      Fantastic new text input technology Consistently strong growth Core team previously successful in this space Management treats us fairly - strong emphasis on work life balance Pioneer Square location great for transit Regular innovation meetings where we can suggest ideas and the ideas are often acted upon

      Can't evolve processes fast enough to satisfy growth Noisy environment Benefits could be better Old Fremont location was better

      Pros

      smart, energetic, young. Fast paced, driven with direction. transparent and honest, SMART folks all doing their part and then some. extremely fast growth surprisingly well managed. the entrepreneurs and the corporate leaders are fantastic people.

      Cons

      lifespan of the company was too short. sold it at the right time though.
