Pros

- Employees share the same view as you in regards to management

Cons

Coming through the graduate programme there is a lot to say in terms of what is offered. From the website: - "Includes rotations across each part of the business to help find your areas of interest" From my experience, from a total of six departments (AV, client services, fitout/construction, data centre, ICT and sales/estimating) I was rotated once in a two year program. There is zero transparency and a lot of lip service on when you can expect to be rotated, and don't worry about giving your preference on where you would like to be rotated to, it all falls on deaf ears. - "The programme offers personal one-on-one mentoring with a member from the executive team to develop your career" A lot of the mentoring sessions were much the same as each other. There is a big disconnect with the executive team which lack empathy and have an air of superiority thus very hard to relate to. - "Together, you will complete your graduate plan to set expectations and goals and agree on the different skills you wish to develop during your rotation." Not the case, there is no "graduate plan", the program is very much a scheme to hire unfortunate graduates fresh off a four year program to be doing all of the grunt work that a 7th or 8th year highschooler wouldn't have trouble understanding. I could go on about the graduate programme. - Remuneration is laughable - No WFH benefit - Expectation to work beyond required hours - Big divide between executive team and employees - No longer has that family business feel
