Pros
The flat management structure in the Australian business makes the management team very approachable and they are very friendly. Once you've established yourself, you do have the chance to take work with different clients if there is an opportunity. Salary is competitive for Australian direct hires. You feel really welcome and part of a big family when you're attending their social gatherings
Cons
Unless you're in a project fully run by Attra, you're pretty much on your own. The account managers really don't interact with you that much where the HR team only follows you up for the weekly time sheets.
