Incompetent management will keep you distracted with pointless “fire drills,” and anything you manage to accomplish that’s related to your actual job duties will wait ignored in someone’s inbox. Every day is an infuriating nightmare clown show, and there’s absolutely no internal communication. Sure, there’s a weekly all-hands meeting, but each one opens with the CEO admitting he has nothing prepared.
