Pros

With today's industry, you can no longer give your loyalty to any company. Take all the opportunities and incentives that they will give you at first....such as tuition assistance for education because they can take it away anytime they want.

Cons

They lower the matching for 401k, they took away big chunk benefits for tuition assistance, they only limit you for taking only few classes a year like maybe 1 or 2 only, they took out all the outside training for employees for their career advancements.

Pros

I evaluated performance of several kinds of loudspeakers in accordance to standard UL1480. Tests conducted included frequency response vs dB, harmonic distortion, and maximum sound pressure level. It was really a good experience and I used my knowledge.

Cons

I really did not find any bad thing about this company. If I will have any chance in the future, I will really glad to join the company again.

Pros

Good benefits only for tuition reimbursement (100% for "B" average grades and above), pension plan, and health care benefits are not that great. The company encourage their employee to be flexible with different restructuring of organization. Their 401K plan is OK, because they are not being matched until you have reached your 1 year term in the company.

Cons

Mandatory re-certifications of greenbelt projects every 2 years. Perhaps make it longer than that, like at least 4 years. The promotions should be at least every two years instead of just having to promote somebody because they happened to have worked on a successful project. So, the loyalty of their employee should be recognized on how many years they have put into the company. They should match your 401K as soon as you joined the company, not when you have invested 1 year to the company before they match it. Getting promoted is very political.
