Literally everything. Management attitude towards staff is appalling especially the team leaders and assistant manager with their sly comments and directly insulting you in front of everyone. Unsociable hours and realistic expectations 2-3 persons job to be done by 1 person in an even short space of time that would be given to 2-3people. You are expected to just drop everything and be available to work when told by the managers, also you are not allowed have a life once you join tk maxx. Its funny they go on about mental health day, being supportive but they’ll overwork you and do all these things that will probably make you depressed. I wouldn’t be surprised if someones reason of death were to be tk maxx tottenham hale management!!!!! Because thats how they are making people feel
