T & R will set you up to fail - Property Manager T&R Properties Employee Review

Dear Former Property Manager, thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate to hear what a bad experience you had, especially with being employed with T&R Properties for over 5 years. I assure you that T&R Properties wants every employee to have a positive experience but like any position or company, we expect our staff to perform and our Property Managers to be accountable for their staff and their performance. We apologize that your experience was negative and that you did not feel you were treated fairly, however we do value all of our employees and in fact, most of our Corporate Office employees started at the Property level as you are probably aware.
