Pros
Let me tell to the world about the company. Learning is the key point at TAC. I had not much knowledge about the domain and in few months I had gathered relevant knowledge. CEO's experience was a great help to learn.
Cons
Negativity in the office, due to young immature employees. When ever management used to share a good news about new milestone or growth the peers used to take it very easy. Peers doesn't help you and cooperate with others, you have to go CEO all the time. Everybody talks against CEO-Trishneet Arora but all of them dream to become like him, I couldn't understand this.
