Pros
It's really good to see that TCY is trying to build their image by putting some fake review on glassdoor, but all gone vain until unless you don't treat your employee an human being. Buttering up the boss is one of the best way to stay in TCY for long and getting a good increment. They are such cheap people who fined their office boy of Rs. 500, if single fly (insects) found in any office premises. Good for fresher to get 5-10 month experience You will get salary on 15th of every month (Not sure how long they can)
Cons
1. Too much Buttering. 2. Senior mgt. is dumb not even listening to employees suggestions. 3. Few useless people in IT dept. retained by TCY just to assign tasks, watching youtube and yahoo news, kill queries etc. 4. Employees salary deducted for silly reasons
