Pros

The regular are all nice people

Cons

Spent almost as much time fixing/diagnosing computers as I did trying to up sell overly expensive parts. You have to push their remote service and anti virus. The cost of services are arbitrary even though they have a list of prices for employees. And the prices are double what they should be. I kept getting in trouble for trying to help people out. They double the price on items in stock at the shop and up charge everything ordered from eBay by 1.3-2x. No sick time policy and no way to officially request time off. Low pay and limited mobility in the company. Owners more concerned about making money than anything else.

Diverse technical exposure and opportunities for learning new technologies. Opportunities for growth since the org is relatively small and still growing. Great work-life balance and management is great.

Cons

Low pay for some roles, and bonuses tied to selling services and subscriptions (which can also be a pro if you are sales oriented). Expecting a higher than average knowledge for entry level positions that contribute to high turnover.
