Telescope has the expertise and clout in the industry of a larger company with the feel of a start up. It truly feels like everyone is working together for the common goal and happy to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. There is room for growth in current roles and lots of flexibility and trust within the teams.

Work load can be inconsistent. The nature of the business ebbs and flows so it can be a rush of work all at once and then a lull for a week.

Friendly office environment with flexibility to work from home at certain times. Holiday PTO during the Christmas to New Years break. Ability to grow yourself as a developer and explore new technologies, if the campaign or product allows it. 401k matching and insurance benefits. The company continues to grow with new developments in their live video platform. Individual team environments are strong.

Tight turn arounds that can be challenging due to lack of commitment on designs and expectations. Salaries are lower than industry standards with minimal increase year over year. Clients takes priority even when they may be incorrect or not understand what they want or need; leading to developers to complete work that is never used, hurried or sloppy. Some team members seem to lose the idea that the entire company as a whole is a team; a mentality of this is my role and my only responsibility.
