Pros
The Benefits are great there, pay is compareable to other companies with the same position. Most of the staff is friendly. It is a great playce to get experience.
Cons
Most departments are under staffed. Most staff is expected to take on projects over and above there normal functions. It can be a very stressful place to work. Budgets are always cut back causing it hard to have resources to complete things comfortably.
