We put a lot of effort towards creating work/life balance, transparency, and an overall positive employee experience, so reading some of your comments was disappointing. Our business ebbs and flows since we are a service-for-hire company and so we try to be very candid with all project hires about the length of their booking, which allows them to accept opportunities that are most in line with their personal and professional endeavors. We’ve tightened up our extension and end of project lead times to provide a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice before the end of a booking to ensure that this doesn’t happen in the future. That said, your review is a bit inconsistent with the majority of our other reviews. We’re truly sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations.
