Pros

- Fully remote (if it actually works) - Friendly coworkers in training - You get paid to sit in meetings wondering what’s really going on

Cons

- System issues are constant, but they’ll gaslight you into thinking it’s your fault - Zero accountability from management. If it’s broken, it’s “you,” not the tech - Training makes it seem like everything’s fine… then reality hits post-onboarding - Expect to troubleshoot their systems and your sanity - Communication is vague and reactive, not supportive or proactive
