Pros
I started at TSP as a part-time Administrative Assistant right out of college and my position grew into a full-time Administrative Assistant position within a month and eventually into an Office Manager position within a few years. I was there for 8 years and I probably would still be there if I wouldn't have chosen to relocate. I loved the work I did and the people I worked with. My Managers always supported me. TSP always made the environment to be "Team" friendly and would incorporate daily/weekly employee recognitions and was very involved in the community and providing outside events for the employees to attend as a Company. I would highly recommend working for this Company. They treat people right and should be the standard of a great Company!
Cons
Senior Management needs to stick to the policies and procedures better. No solid Human Resources team. Roller coaster industry with layoffs.
