Pros
Good wages. good sick policy, and even paid days off. raises if you have perfect attendance, good stats, and even bonus's if you are in the top %. also lots of opportunities for overtime. Supposedly opportunities to move around and out of the country. lots of training time. small "teams" of up to 30 people, led by 1 main manager. they have people wandering around to answer questions, but sometimes it does take a while to get your question answered. job sometimes offers health screenings, blood donation time. and sometimes has resteraunts come in and cater(you still have to buy the food). "parties" for good job.
Cons
Not always willing to work with your schedule.there are stats such as call time, transfer rate, money refund rate, and selling rate that after a few months on the job you really have to adhere to strongly. men with deeper voices do better on the phones, as their voices customers are less likely to argue with. girls(like myself) with higher pitch voices sound unsure, and customers question you more, raising bad stats. things are A:WAYS changing. Lots of yelling customers. you have to be REALLY good to move up.
