Great experience, acquired by larger org - Sr. Director Marketing Talix Employee Review

Treated every well during the pandemic with active work from home support coupled with a lot of engaging ways to keep us as a community

California taxes are too high!

1. Diversity; Talix is extremely diverse especially for a Technology Company. This is extremely important to me because I believe for a Company to succeed you need many different Ideas and prospectives. 2. Because of my job in the help desk I have the unique prospective of working with everyone at the company on a pretty daily basis. Talix has become more like a home away from home then an office for me. 3. Approachable Administration; at some companies it can be harder to create a relationship with the higher echelon of the company but that isn't the case at Talix. From the CEO to the CFO no one is unapproachable, which has created a wonderful working environment. 4. Room for Growth; at each position there is a carrier opportunity in a Health Market that is itself has extreme potential for growth 5. Dogs Allowed; I love this aspect to the Talix Work Environment. Having these furry friends around brings a smile to my face and feeling of being part of family. 6. Healthy Snacks and Food for its employees; HR does a great job at providing healthy food options to the employees 7. Location Location Location; Hard not to love being 2 blocks from the Giants Baseball Stadium; there are plenty of great food options outside of Talix/ Fun Happy Hour spots if thats your thing. 8. Many Public Transportation Options near by

I honestly don't have really any issues with how Talix is ran. I feel lucky to enjoy where I work and have found a place like this earlier in my Career.
