I’ve reviewed each of your points and will attempt to address some points below however, as I notice you are a current employee, I would strongly urge you to consider the number of support mechanisms we have internally i.e. our One Voice Employee Forum and your line manager, if not the People team – all of which would, I know, happily sit down with you to address your concerns.
Whilst I believe it is only right to address each of the individual points directly with you, I believe it is only right to address some of the inaccuracies raised as part of your review.
• At TalkTalk we strongly believe that having a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can be their true self at work is at the centre of any successful company and we take great pride in the culture we’ve nurtured over the years. We also see our work in the community as an extension of this culture and we remain committed to supporting the people who live in and around Salford and Greater Manchester in the years to come.
As I mentioned earlier, I would strongly urge you to contact any of the support mechanisms we have internally, and we would be only too happy to address your concerns in person.
