A solid Company to work for with a few strings attached. As of today (7/15/2020), company seems a tad rudderless. - Vice President Tapestry Employee Review

Not sure what direction upper management are going in. Talk of transformation with few tangible results seen. Nice work on inclusivity, etc.; but need more focus on employees and work. No new org charts after the lay-offs. Culture remains the same...nothing is changing.
