Terrible - Video Producer Target Points Employee Review

I feel freely while working, their is no pressure nothing. I just have to give my 100% to my job and everything is fine here, its environment, way of working and colleagues.

I'll ask I didn’t face any difficulties.

I am currently working with Target Points as an Animator. I create the video ads for the company and its clients displaying all of their services. Though I am given a script to work with each video my creative freedom is never limited, which as an artist is extremely important. The people here are very helpful and creative when it comes to video production, and aim to teach their employees in every department the keys to advertising. Which should be a quality that is valued for creative people and Animators as the more skills you have the more marketable you become!

The equipment to complete the animated videos is a bit on the older side, but the company plans to improve this in the near future.
