      You learn a lot very quickly because you are thrown into the deep end. High ownership of tasks and the chance to work on critical features. Good exposure to the full software development lifecycle.

      Cons

      Expect limited hand-holding; you are expected to figure a lot of things out on your own, which can be stressful.
