Pros
No Work, Job Security. Even if you say that you dont know you wont be losing your job. All that the manager will do is either send you out of the project or ask you to sit with someone and learn things. Even after that if you are unable to pickup, he will ask you to support those who actually work.
Cons
Conservative, Red Tapism. Those who are in the admin dept must be saccked immediately. We think that Admin is there to help us in need. But here they think they are the boss and you need to beg them.
