      Good Onsite Opprutnities. Varied locations to work

      Cons

      Work culture Bad at offshore. No Leadership skills at higher management level. Everybody is involved in their own progress by pleasing his/her immidiate supervisor. No appreciation for good technical knwoledge...no good technical ladder...

      1. Lot of learning resources 2. Teams are nice

      1. difficult to move between projects 2. not good salary/promotions are rare 3. too many processes and approvals for anything 4. dont expect any help with GC
