Pros
Great training in Birmingham. The trainers really help and support you. Some staff members are really nice (but tend to leave quickly). Fine if you are very young, have no ambition, and just looking for a job to start you off. If you like to follow people in order to fit in, spend all of your free time socialising with those at work in order to be part of the team and not be excluded, then this is the perfect place for you. The AGM is great and paid for by the company. Nice offices
Cons
They promise you the world 'life changing salary', but they don't tell you it's going to about two years to make a semi decent wage (definitely not life changing, unless you were previously unemployed). If you work out the hours you work for the wages you receive, it's just not worth it. Management is weak, and they do not deal with issues properly. Turn over of staff is ridiculous, but totally understandable. Unprofessional and immature staff. If I was a teacher, I'd avoid them like the plaque.
