Thank you for you review, we appreciate honest feedback as we look to improve at what we do. We are disappointed to hear your experience was not to the standard we would have liked, although it is not in line with our recent employee survey where we scored very highly for staff wellbeing. TeacherActive has worked hard to protect our team during COVID-19 and beyond, having set up the Employee Assistance Programme, health care services and not furloughing any of our staff throughout the pandemic, with all of our salaries above minimum wage.
