      Have vacancies quite often Professional Smooth and quick onboarding experience

      Cons

      You have to negotiate your daily rate and be firm to get a decent pay, otherwise they'll keep you at the basic rate. The school I was placed at were making me stay behind for additional duties outside of my scope of work, I raised it with the agency but nothing much was done until my teaching union pushed for it, then the agency managed to get payment for the extra work I had done.
