      Pros

      Full of creative and talented people I've ever met and worked with except management.

      Cons

      1) No hikes, no offered salary. Salary delay about 2 -4 months. 2) They don't care about employees. We worked for the growth of company, not for just money. But management don't know how to manage a IT company. They don't even know how to sell products either
