Pros
The benefits are good. Matching 401K, unlimited PTO for salaried employees, decent annual bonus. There are reasonable opportunities to move around within the company. There are some people who are great to work with (but plenty who are not, whether it's general incompetence or poor attitude).
Cons
The company is a mess after acquiring too many companies too quickly. People are fleeing left and right due to poor pay and heavy workloads. Pay is a joke compared to similar roles at other companies. You can't provide below-market salaries and claim that extra RSUs (with a constant falling price nonetheless) make up for it. Not even close. People can't pay their bills with shares that will vest in 3 years. Especially since most people will never receive them in full due to everyone finding better jobs before they'd ever see said RSUs. Don't be surprised if the job you signed up for changes drastically multiple times due to constant reorganization. If you complain about the drastic shift in your day-to-day routine and ultimately your long term goals be prepared to be thought of as "not a team player". My experience with PTO was fine but I heard from many others who were not so fortunate and rarely took time off even when very sick or traveling.
