    Latest tech, very quick and fast space environment. Never the same day again. Busy and challenging.

    Cons

    No clear visibility, have seen very good innovative projects stopped mid way because of management decision.

    Advice to Management

    Management need to understand full scale agile isn't possible in each and every projects, specifically in network areas. Many of lost hours just to show "Agile ways of working"
