      Treated and trusted as an adult and senior employee. Respected by manager and senior leadership Given tools needed to succeed.

      Cons

      None really - smallest thing is I pay or the highest health benefits offered. Wish it was a little cheaper for what I get. The benefits are solid though, no issue with PTO or anything otherwise.
