Not a great place anymore - Anonymous employee Tempo Software Employee Review

Hi there, it’s Mark, Tempo CEO. I want to thank you for taking the time to candidly share your perspective on Glassdoor. We always try to be transparent with how Tempo is doing, where we are heading, and why we believe a particular direction is best for the company. Our growth has been incredible –especially considering the current macro headwinds impacting so many companies– and our customers and partners are increasingly asking us to help address more and more of their challenges. This kind of market pull is an excellent signal of the value we deliver and continued momentum for the company, but it also requires that we rethink some of our processes, products, and the way we are organized so that we can scale to meet what the customers are asking. You are correct, this has led to a lot of changes over the last two years, as Tempo has been evolving and transforming to be more of an enterprise solutions provider. In some cases it required that we reorganize how some teams are structured and operate. It has also been the time during which we truly unify the teams who joined us via an acquisition. For many Templings, this has been exciting and created an opportunity for them to take on more responsibilities and/or to evolve their roles. We know the changes can be a lot to process and for some people the changes are not welcomed. We also know that the Town Hall/Company Update Zoom calls can be a challenging format to communicate the subtleties of sometimes sensitive organizational changes.
