Pros
Healthcare covered 100% in the US. Coworkers genuinely care about their work and are good people. Many times the atmosphere feels like a startup, although they are in the process of scaling up their internal policies, procedures, and tools being used (less excel, more customized programs).
Cons
Extremely difficult to advance your career here. Very few in the US have ever changed roles; mostly lateral, although some could have been considered a 'promotion.' Your level of satisfaction/success is very much dependent on your line manager and how involved they become in your day to day duties, for better or worse. A lot of promises made from my interview (and since) that were never kept.
