TENEO is a great company that is doing the right things for people. People, inside and outside of the organization. From their corporate social responsibility efforts, to helping clients - they truly care and live their company values. The company is focused on continuing it's growth and services and narrowing it's focus which is great to see.
Cons
TENEO is going through significant changes as an organization. From the growth in the services team to changes in the sales structure and organization. As they manage through these changes there are some people who are advancing and embracing those changes. Others are not and some who may not agree with the direction or work required can detract from the effort.
