Pros

Great communication between all staff and always opportunities for knowledge expansion! Here you can always expect to be busy! It is like a little family here, we all rely on one another and get along great!

Cons

There is very little that I can say bad or wrong about this company, the only thing that I would mention is that they have high expectations and are diligent is seeking them! I think it is great motivation to work for a company who strives for greatness and accepts nothing less than that! It is a true honor to work in such a prestigious place!

Pros

Great place to work that challenges you to actually succeed, and they constantly give you opportunities to grow and move up in the office. There are also constant games with bonus opportunities and incentives to do your job well. The management and doctor are encouraging and help you strive for excellence, which is so important because it is a small business that needs people who care and work hard.

Cons

The only con is that some people were hired at different points who did not care and it showed. They would complain the entire time and really just not put in very much effort, which does not work for this job. I can only assume that those are the same people who left bad reviews here.

Pros

About half of the staff is very nice and will make work easy, opportunities for bonus pay, good work/life balance

Cons

Scientologist practice where such practices are emphasized through sales methods and monthly trainings. The doctor struggles to maintain clients because he forces a hard sell mentality and then blames staff when no money is coming into the practice. A lot of patients will see him and then never come back because his bedside manner is poor. Also they are VERY prone to firing people, the manager told me he had worked for about a year and a half and had already fired at least 30 people. Receptionists are required to call the same people over and over (cold calling) and it is challenging to get people to book. For example, a patient may come in once in 2015 and we proceed to call them 20+ more times over the years until we hope they answer. Also the PR person in the office is the doctors daughter, so take that into account when you see her review.
