      Pros

      Good work life balance, however everything except full-time work is not appreciated at all. Good working atmosphere, relaxed working. Excellent atmosphere amongst colleagues

      Cons

      Lower than average pay Every real decision has to be approved by Japanese HQ, no real responsibilities. Poor communication from higher management

      work with good people that work hard

      Cons

      communication is absolutely terrible and the pay is crazy low. They give a one time pay sometimes each year based of stock and its like 600 after taxes. and the most you are going to get in annual raise is about $0.40 cents
