      Most of the people I work with are awesome.

      This company does not value its employees. Has unrealistic timelines. Treats it’s suppliers terribly.

      Pros

      Great company overall if you're at one of the more stable BUs. The 401k matching is great if you max it out.

      Cons

      the salary is a bit below industry for engineering roles and it can be hard to move up if you aren't a favorite regardless of your performance.
