Pros

There aren't a lot of pros: 1) You get paid regularly (although your paycheck could be and is wrong a lot of times) 2) Some of the other instructors are cool and fun to hang out with

Cons

There are a lot of cons: 1) Rules, policies, procedures, class formats, class types, music, pay raise/bonus opportunities, class pricing, passwords, emails, and HQ staff members all change FREQUENTLY. It seems like they don't have a lot figured out. 2) HQ members all seem overworked and underpaid, always stressed. They should hire more people 3) The owners are never around, one doesn't even live in Chicago anymore. There aren't any 'perks' to working here, the owners don't care about Instructors and they hardly know 50% of the staff members working. 4) Because the owners aren't around we all have to be commanded by a know-it-all, dismissive, over-confident "Chief Training Officer". She has a tough time delivering messages, leading this large group and being friendly. 5) It's impossible to get a sub if you need one! 6) The owners have burned a lot of bridges, screwed over a lot of old employees and don't have a lot of friends in the industry. 7) company culture is non-existent, we are required to go to an annual meeting where the owners cry and try to inspire us. They are very re-active, only around when something has gone down and they need to try to pacify the instructors.
