      1. A lot of opportunities for career growth. 2. The people at the company are excellent to work with. 3. People are broadly accessible. This cuts down on red tape and allow you to act fast.

      Cons

      A lot of stuff can end up on your plate all at once. If you speak up, management will help you out, but don't let yourself get overwhelmed in silence.
