      Coworkers are wonderful people committed to the mission. Pay is good for the industry, good benefits.

      Cons

      Management of global teams is callous with people; hiring and firing with little thought. Many functions spend much of their time wasted in justifying why they should exist, rather than doing the work. Much hypocrisy in terms of stated values vs actual treatment of staff

      Pros

      Mission is awesome. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Prioritizes comfort over continuous improvement. Very bureaucratic and slow. Incredibly sensitive culture to a point of extremity--don't think you're in a safe space or that you can be open with any communication. Someone will be offended by your honesty and the backlash is yours to manage. They prefer people to just go with the flow even if it's painful, inefficient, etc.
