Pros
I absolutely love working for the Walsh Family and I hope to retire from this company. They treat me extremely well and trust me to do my job without micromanaging. My supervisor Rick Felkins is a great leader and although he knows most of what's going on he trusts me to do the job he hired me for and when he feels let down it do whatever I have to so he can rest easy even if I work 24 hours a day
Cons
I think the cost management team needs to do better at separating MH costs out of unknowns that occur with operations by adding no budget cost codes so they can understand the lost money occurred from unknowns and take things like that to litigation more often for payment. If the corporation were to make 50 cents on the dollar that would be better than 0 cents on the dollar.
