    Bureaucracy, tons of it. You need to know the right people and say the things they want to hear, some senior economists tend to be extremely arrogant.

    Great place to learn and work with bright motivated people


    Mobility can be difficult. I never experienced this, but saw that exploitation of contract workers would be very easy. Many have to work longer hours than they bill for and must spend a lot of time networking to get their next job. Reorganizations are often poorly implemented
