      Pros

      - Outstanding creative team. - You'll be constantly learning new skills and grow a lot regardless your position. - You'll make at least a couple dozen new friends there.

      Cons

      - If you're not ready to work really hard and learn new things, this place is probably not a good fit for you. - Like at any other agency, sometimes things get crazy and workload become pretty intense.

      Pros

      Flexible work locations. Ability to work location independent. Creative team that likes to work together to brainstorm and create excellent work for our clients. We have two offices, and we integrate the two locations on various projects and social events.

      Cons

      The large office is in Winnipeg, so they have more every day interactions at that office than the Portland office.

      The Portland office was great to work at. Small team, good work environment.

      Cons

      main office was in Canada and so was most of the exec team.
