Pros
Get to sign up for the events you would like to work, so it is possible to have another job; adequate training is provided for each event and includes detailed packages for each job, so one can be more than prepared; some events are very fun to do, like one for hbo that used true blood show to promote the network
Cons
Events can be sporadic, so one will often need another job for additional income; if a lot of staff are working one event, the schedule is often subject to many changes due to changes in employee availability
