Huge priority on work life balance, excellent office atmosphere

Lots of land development jobs are for data centers

I was a field technician for Timmons for a couple of years working in utilities and thoroughly enjoyed my time with the company. Pros: -Management is very supportive -Awesome work life balance with a chance to gain overtime -Decent pay -They give you work to do during inclement weather -Company vehicle and gas card -Flexible schedule

-Advancing can be slow. I wish I could have learned more -Utilities is not the most exciting thing in the world -Field work is not always fun. hot/cold days are challenging -A lot of right of way work, homeowners are not always fun to deal with
