      Pros

      The company has good values and respect the time, life and personality of their workers. Also, the general conditions are very good, like working from 9-3 on summer, flexible hours and several free days at year.

      Cons

      The office is not so nice but I think it's temporary.

      Good work-life balance, centric offices, interesting clients.

      Not freedom for remote working, no salary raises, lack of internal communication and organization (HR, administration).
