Pros
I have worked at Toolstream for over 8years and I would say that the company has grown incredibly quickly in a short space of time, I have had numerous jobs within the company where I have outgrown my original post and they have given me the opportunity to move/step up. I would say that if you are looking for a company who will help you grow then this is the company for you, if you work hard and show commitment they will help you. Also at every level of job within the company you have easy access to senior management, also an internal system where you can make suggestions that feeds straight to directors so you can voice your opinions if needed, I think this is really important.
Cons
It would be beneficial to have an in house HR department, although they do outsource this department at the moment.
