Pros
1. Since joining TQL, I have matured tremendously and had the opportunity to advance my sales knowledge and better myself as a person. 2. This job has taught me that nothing comes easy, you need to put the hard work in, in order to achieve new opportunities that you never thought may be possible. 3. The management at TQL does not only want you to improve in sales but to have a better life overall. They teach, if you work hard, you will have a successful sales career.
Cons
1. Time spent in / out of office can be stressful when you are appealing to customer needs, but the work you put in will reflect on your paycheck, it's worth it. 2. When your sales are down, you may get discouraged. But it's how you bounce back and show the resilience and attitude to achieve higher numbers & respect within the company.
