Pros
The company is in a high grow industry (tours and activities) and it is relatively young ( less than 10 years old) and small ( less than 50 employees). As an employee of less than a year, I had worked with big guys like Kayak, Booking.com, Enterprise, Expedia and etc on business development. Management team is pretty open to new ideas and the company is recently acquired by Ctrip (NASDAQ:CTRP). It has equipped all the essentials of high-growth. I used to work for much larger companies and they not only move extremely slow because of all the bureaucracies but the managers are usually more concerned about securing their own position than doing the right things for the companies. I am glad to work here as the opportunity for career growth is impeccable and you simply can't get that in bigger companies.
Cons
Just like all the fast growing company, the company is still trying to establish their best business practice and work flow. While this may be opportunities for people who could wok independently, it may be confusing for those who works well when they are given clear instructions.
