Pros
I don't want to bash the company. Some of my colleagues were nice, inspirational, smart and driven people to work with (minus the management). Unfortunately that's the only good thing I can think of.
Cons
To be fair to them and to you, make sure you talk to the former employees. You can find any ex employees on LinkedIn - we're more than happy to chat with you on our experience and introduce you to other ex employees. Find people who used to work in both third and second floor. Ask us what happened, why we left, what went wrong, and why you should avoid this company. That way you'll find it easy to identify the fake reviews here and completely understand why people give one star reviews.
